This backhoe is a subframe design and can be removed in minutes without tools. Operators manual which outlines the proper operation and maintenance of the tractor, loader and backhoe The Kubota B21 offers the ultimate in versatility. It is a small loader backhoe that can be converted to a tractor loader with 3-point hitch tractor and 540 RPM PTO by removing the subframe mounted backhoe and installing the 3-point hitch linkage. This transition can be done in minutes without the use of tools. This clean was previously owned by a contractor who sold it to our dealership due to the recent slowdown in the building industry. Our technicians inspected the unit, performed a complete 100 hour service, steam cleaned & touched up the paint on the machine.
