J Arrow Hydraulic Gas powered Concrete Breaker This unit does run and move however it has been sitting out for some time now and we are selling as is not running. If you put a good battery in it some fresh gas and clean the fuel system it will run. There is a part missing from the breaker and we took a picture to show what is missing and it is the bright yellow piece in the bottom row far rightlast picture. We are NOT including this part only showing you what it looks like .
