Here is a complete New Holland 269 Hayliner -minus one twine disc gear, and two aluminum slide in feed fingers. Would be a good candidate to be restored into service, or a PERFECT parts machine.I bought this with the intention of fixing or parting. I have too many projects remaining from this summer, and I will have NO RESERVE on this baler.The Needles, PTO, Knotters and Feed mechanism are highly sought after. If I was a person without a baler, and just a few acres to bale I may spend the time and fix this. Perfect parts machine to fix any other 269 or be fix by any other 269. Not much to get inline - IN MY OPINION.THE GOOD:-previous owners were running plastic twine. I was told that it WAS tying good-Needles are in great conditon with NO welds or breaks ever -All of the tin is there-Comes with some twine-PTO shaft is in SUPER condtionTHE BAD-The shoot has been rusted some-knotters were not covered or used in the last 3 years-Gear missing for one of the twine discs on the knotter-will come without tires COME ON FOLKS - I JUST WATCHED A SET OF KNOTTERS GO FOR 305$ ON EBAY HERE … YOU WILL NOT GET A EASILY FIXABLE BALER CHEAPER. MIND YOU I DO FIX EQUIPMENT AND WILL FIX THIS AFTER I HAVE TO CLOSE THE AUCTION BECAUSE OF NO BIDS FROM MANY-MANY WATCHERS. NOT A BULL TACTIC - MORE LIKE REALITY.
