THE GAS TANK WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE (I JUST ORDERED IT) AND I WILL INSTALL A FILTER IN THE CARBURETOR. BIG, HEAVY ITEM, IT WILL BE SHIPPED ON A WOODEN PALLET, WITH A FREIGHT COMPANY. THE SHIPPING COST LISTED BELOW IS JUST AN ESTIMATE. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Years of experience have prompted the terms outlined below. Our intent is to explain to you the way we operate, so both of us have clear view of the trading process. Auction Terms: We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read carefully the description. Most of our items are used and selling at a fraction of its cost of a new item; therefore no warranty is implied or stated. If you need service as for a new one, go and buy a new one. We are trying to describe our items as accurately as possible. Sometimes, because of our limited knowledge, there may be important information about the item that is not listed. Some items are sold AS IS because of various conditions: either we do not know how to test it, or it doesnt work, or is sold for parts, or to be repaired etc. No returns are accepted for AS IS items. You will only get what is listed in the auction. Do not assume that accessories not pictured or specifically mentioned are included, because they are not! US bidders outside contiguous US (including Alaska, Hawaii) and international bidders please contact us BEFORE bidding regarding shipping and payments requirements. Some items cannot be shipped outside of US. Please feel free to ask questions via email, but please note that we do not work Saturdays or Sundays, nor do we reply to email after 3pm CST weekdays. We answer all emails. If you do not receive an answer, you probably have email blocking features activated and our emails to you are undeliverable. Do not email and ask us to end the auction early. This is an auction, you bid. Payment and Shipping: Winning bidder pays ALL packing and shipping cost, unless picked up at our warehouse. Handling, packaging and shipping to contiguous USA is $120.00. Payment is due within 10 days, including from international buyers. Payments not received within 10 days are automatically reported as an unpaid item with eBay to recover our eBay fees; this is an automated process. We accept PayPal with CONFIRMED addresses only, money order and checks! Personal checks require 2 weeks waiting time. International customers can pay via International Money Order. Items with a shipping quote of $100 and above will be shipped via a freight company (quotes are given for a commercial address with a loading dock unless you specify otherwise). If this is the case, the shipping is just an estimate and you MUST pay all the difference in shipping! Residential freight deliveries will have a surcharge of $100. All other items will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Do not ask us to ship to your account because we will not. Local pick-ups are by appointment only. Paypal is not accepted on local pick-ups, only money order, checks (subject to a waiting time) and cash. Small packages ship immediately, others in 5-7 business days; larger ones may take longer. In special situations, items shipped via a freight company may take up to a month to be shipped. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your item has shipped. Returns: You have 2 days to inspect the item. If you have a problem during the inspection period, please contact us via email; you must include the item number in all correspondence. We will reply to your email within 24 hours of receiving it. If a return is required, we will test the item. If we find the item not as described, we will refund the winning bid. If our testing shows the item to be as described, a 15% off restocking fee will be deducted from the winning bid. You are responsible for the shipping charges of returning an item. We reserve the right to reject merchandise that has been tampered with or received in poor condition due to improper packaging. In the unlikely event that the wrong item was accidentally shipped, a full refund by the method of payment will be issued and a return shipping refund made once the item is safely returned.
