The unit is in great condition ready for use! The Bocker telescoping, compact hoist is the perfect solution in most lifting scenarios. This Bocker gives you the reach of a small crane without the expense of a crane, crane operator or operating engineer. You can lift 660 lbs. to the roof as fast as a crane. The Bocker is more compact than a crane and can be setup in a smaller area. The 360 degree turntable allows you to back into a confined area and simply turn the hoist into the building. The hydraulic winch extends and retracts the ladders by hydraulic motor. The hydraulic cylinder controls the angle of inclination. All this is power by a brand new, electric start Honda engine. Perfect for roofing/ masonry applications!
