This auction is for a CONTINENTAL READ SEAL 4 CYLINDER FLAT HEAD STATIONERY ENGINE. The gentleman I am selling this for says it was taken off of a well pounder. It is being sold in as is condition. My seller thinks that everything appears to move as it should and that it is not froze up. I have no idea as to the engines specifications such as horse power or rpms, etc. There are no side covers for it. It appears to have what I believe is a Fairbanks Morse magneto… It has an electric or crank start. Please correct me if I am wrong - see photos. It comes with the clutch stuff. I am sorry I can’t tell you more. Also note that this is for local pickup only. My guy has a fork lift and can load it onto your vehicle. If you require it to be shipped, you will need to email us before bidding and we can discuss options or arrangements. We will not deliver this item.
