Our responsibility for shipping, and for this transaction, ends once the package has crossed the counter and we have the Post Office receipt in hand. We cannot and will not accept responsibility for what the Post Office does or does not do after that. If you do NOT choose to pay an extra $1.65 for Postal Insurance, please do NOT expect us to replace the book if it gets lost in the mail.
