2006 LT40 SUPER HYDRAULIC SAWMILL This mill has all the options that make cutting lumber fast and accurate. I bought this mill in February of 2008 and I’m the second owner.The mill had about 490 hours when I bought it, and I took it straight to Wood-Mizer’s Headquarters in Indianapolis, IN and had them go over the machine and do the service and updates. At that time they put on new blade guide rollers and v-belts (the ones the blade runs on), along with the new AccuSet2, and checked the alignment of the mill. The new AccuSet2 would have cost $3,500.00, but it was an update covered by the warranty. The mill has the following: 51 hp Caterpillar diesel engine, trailer package with electric brakes, AccuSet2 computer, debarker, and board return. The mill has approximately 560 hours, but I’m still using it.Included is the cover you can see in one of the photos. It covers all of the sawing head, computer and electric motors. Also included with this sale is about63 blades. Some of these blades are sharp and some are dull. I have the blades resharpened by Wood-Mizer.You will also get a few extras, v belts, filter, andblade guides. The mill is in excellent running condition. The Caterpillar engine is still under factory warranty. When not in use the mill has been stored under cover or covered. I am making good money with the mill, but an injury (not related to the mill)prevents me from standing for extended periods of time. So I am going to saw some lumber for a building I’m having built, and finish the jobs I havescheduled, which will be done by the end of the sale. The 2008 basic mill sells for $36,800 plus the blades and extras. This mill would retail for about $40,000. Reserve on the sale is $26,500.
