1995 Galion 830 grader, maintainer. Manufactured by Dresser. This grader was municipality owned. It came from Hays County (Austin, Tx.) It was bought by the present owner and used for one job at a ranch and is no longer needed. The hr. meter showing 207 hrs. had 192 when purchased. 6 forward speeds, 3 reverse. Machine weighs 42000 lbs, and is a 6 cylinder turbo diesel, 152 hp. Has good heat and a/c in the cab. Absolutely no leaks or malfunctions on the whole unit. Tires are about 50%. Has a 12′ moldboard. Also, machine articulates. Thereis one light that has a broken lens and does not work. This is a very well rounded and well maintained grader. As with all my auctions, not only do I invite a pre-bid inspection, I encourage it! And please feel free to bring a mechanic with you. If you would like to fly in, I can pick you up from the airport and take you to the machine. This is a 1995 and is used, so some wear is expected. It’s been in Texas, so there are no rust issues, just normal wear for a 1995 unit. It needs absolutely nothing to work right now. The grader is being sold as-is, where-is.
