VERMEER R23 HYDRAULIC TWIN HAY RAKE - 330285582914
For sale is a Vermeer R23 twin hydraulic hay rake. As you can see from some photos takenthe last time we used it which was afew weeks ago, it is in good working condition. Since then, we have pressure washed it and replaced any missing or damaged teeth to make it ready to put in the barn for use next year. There were also a few bearings that had some slack and we have replaced these also. There is a minor oil leak at one of the drive motors but it has been that way for a while and it just hasn’t leaked bad enough to tear it down to repair. The tires are very good and it was repainted last year. There is one short hydraulic hose that is weathered and cracked but it does not leak. It has had minor welding repairs but nothing major. This is a solid dependable rake that is ready to go to the field and work. I am selling it AS IS with NO WARRANTY and with NO RESERVE to the high bidder. It is located in Lufkin, Texas which is about 100 miles north of Houston and it is available for anyone that would want to come and inspect it. I need payment in full within 7 days of the end of the auction. I accept Pay Pal, cash, certified checks, or a personal check. A personal check will take 10 working days to clear and the rake will not be released until after that. The rake can remain here as long as needed until transportation can be arranged.
