1989 Lull 644 Highlander II Forklift, 4×4, telehandler - 130267632473
This is a 1989 Lull brand telescopic forklift/telehandler. It has a John Deere diesel engine, 3 speed power shift transmission, 3 position steering–front only, crab walk and parallel steer. It is also 4 wheel drive. It has 2 good batteries. It is rated for 6,000 lbs lift and it easily handles that and more. It will lift 2500 lbs fully extended. The forks have power tilt to the left and right with quick disconnects. These auxiliary hydraulics could be used to power a grapple, auger or other accessories. The lift reaches up to 35′ high and the carriage reaches forward over 25′. The engine starts easily and purrs with no smoke. It is running in all the pictures. The transmission shifts well and pulls strong in all gears. Third gear is fast–it will go over 20 mph on flat ground! The parking brake will hold it on any slope. The hydraulics are smooth and very, very strong with no significant leaks. This machine is not new, so there are some drips, but nothing major. The paint is worn and faded as you can see and the seat is worn out. The tires are worn, but they are foam filled, so you’ll never get a flat. This is a good solid machine that could go right to the jobsite and work for you. It’s great for construction, farming, salvage yard, lumberyard, sawmill, you name it.
