Shotcrete, grout pump, spraying equipment - 320331709223
I am offering this shotcrete / grout pumpfor sale. It is a parastalic type pump. The original pump and hopper were purchased new in the late 90’s and kept in storage until 2004 when I was able to construct my own concrete dome house. I replaced the original electric motor with a four cylinder gas engine and mounted the pump on a dual axel trailer for easy transport and added a reservoir tank for water. The pump has 75′ of two inch line and a spray nozzle for shotcrete work. It will pump a yard or more per hour. I have pumped up to one inch aggregate through it. It would work well for stucco application or pumping Gypsum for radiant floor heating systems as well. I had intended to use it for straw bale and monolithic concrete dome building. Life changes have altered those plans however so here she is up for sale. I estimate I have about $11,000.00 invested and have only used it for one house project so have roughly 100 hours of time of actual usage. This is a good system for a two man crew and can be easily transported and with the gas engine its power independent. The water reservoir holds about 70 gallons so is enough for cleanup after usage. This system is ideal for the do it yourself home builder or small business. It is versatile enough to use for a variety of projects from stucco to retaining walls or swimming pool building. It should easily pay for itself in a couple projects. And of course it is tax deductible if used for your construction business. Good luck and happy bidding!
