John Deere 1 Row Planter Unit use w/Kubota, IH, Case - 300244889942
Up for auction is a usedJohn Deere planter unit. It came off of a 494A four row planter. All parts are available thru you local John Deere dealer if you would ever need any.It will need a three point hitch and a drive chainwith sprockets added to it to make it field ready. I’ve seen these set up with wheels and an axle so they can be pulled behind four wheelers. The press wheel has a good rubber on it, the seed hopper is the large style. The tool bar can be centered on the front of the planter to attachthe three point hitch. These make excellent planters for large gardens, food plots or test plots or they’re great to replant rows that have been flooded out. It doesn’t take a large tractor to pull this either.
