Theseare newDale Phillips Mfg. 24″ Augers. Theyare heavy duty, the flighting is 3/8″ thick, the tubing is also about 3/8″ thick. Fits a 2″ roundoutput shaft. The knives are individually replaceable and heat treated. The center bit is spiral or pig tail design. Overall length is about 48″ and it weighs 125 lbs. Also there is a washer welded on top so that when you shear a bolt and the gearbox drops, it won’t knock in the bottom seal.
