For Sale – FWD Warner 6 yard self-loading scraper. The machine is rebuilt with some hydraulic and mechanicalwork remaining. Work Completed: New bearings on ejector rollers New seals in ejector hydraulic cylinder New hydralic hoses for ejector hydraulic cylinder New hydralic hosesfor kettle hydraulic cylinders New seals infront axles and grease in differential New seals in rear axles and bearings are packed New cutting edge New bearings in gear reduction drive on elevator New bearings on upper and lower elevator shafts 8′ - 12″ x 12″ X 1/2″ steel tube with 90,000 pound pintle hitch ring Work Remaining: Plumb hyrdaulic hoses to orbital motor on elevator Add support to ejector hydraulic cylinder Add threaded shaft to tension elevator chain on each end of the lower shaft Condition: Brakes are air brakes on rear axle and can be made to function Tires hold air but are weathered and worn Elevator chain is original with new bolts attaching the paddles to the chain The gooseneck has a crack that can be repaired. The kettle is slightly bowed out on the left side (presumably from small rock between the ejector and kettle wall while the ejector cycled back and forth). Use: Set up to be pulled by agricultural tractor with ahigh capacity hydraulic pump for the elevator hydraulic motor. I have used it without the elevator being powered. A well weighted 200 horsepower tractor will handle this scraper. It does weigh 20,000 pounds and has no problem cutting into compacted soils. I do have the original power unit and it can go with the scraperat no cost. It does not have an engine or radiator. I lost my job off the farm and need to make ends meet. Would be best if loaded on a semi flatbed or lowboy and Iwill help load ontothe trailer
