Up for auction here is an 80’s something New Holland L555 skid steer loader. Not even the dealer can tell the exact year of these older models. I have had it for a few years now and have no more use for it. I just had the hydraulic oil and engine oil changed, all new filters air and oil, new starter, drive chain adjusters and a few other things. The seat is in great condition and everything works as it should. No drifting with hands off controls, however the left side seems slightly more powerful than the right when in forward motion at highspeed. Arm controls for the motion and speed and foot controls for the bucket and aux. Foot controls are a little sticky when youhave to ease the motion. Might just need grease, I’ll look.It has hi-flow aux. hydraulics for the back hoe attachment. The pic shows the lights are out of it but I have them and they will be installed for the winner before pick up. The tires are segmented demolition tires. I had 2 other units with air tires and I had a flat a week. These tires are great and no more flats. They are about 60%. The engine is a Kubota diesel and runs out great. Glow plugs work and it fires right up on the coldest days. No smoke or noises. I believe it is a 40hp. I have an operators manual and a parts manual someplace and will find them for the winner. The trailer is a dual axel, #10,000lb, dual channel frame with a wooden deck and drop down tail gate/ramp. It has elec. brakes on both axels and breakaway brakes kit. The trailer will need new brake shoes. The wood deck is in great shape. All the lights are working. There are 2 steel work boxes for binder and tool storage and a place on the tounge for 3-5 gallon fuel cans. 2Drop down legs on the front of the trailer allow you to crank up the 2jacks at the rear and stabilize the trailer on unlevel ground for loading and unloading when not hooked up to a vehicle.There are 2 spare wheels and tires for the trailer and 4 tires on the ground now are in great shape,It takes a 2-5/16″ ball hitch. THERE ARE NO TITLES FOR THE SKID OR TRAILER! The attachments included are as follows. The back hoe has a 16″ bucket and can dig down to 12′+ all controls work as they should. Steel tracks for winter or mud in like new condition with surface rust. I have never used them. pallet forks with newback frame. One fork has a hole for a tow ball. There are 2 buckets. One bucket is ageneral purpose and is 64″ wide smooth edge about 1/2 yard+. The other is 74″ wide smooth edge with a removeable set of teeth this bucket is like new and all teeth are good. I was going to put a grapple set up on this one but never got around to it. Also included are the chain binders and straps for transporting and the 3 diesel fuel cans. I would prefer pick up on this set up but I can deliver it to you or meet you 1/2 wayfor $3.00 per mile one way from Philadelphia, PA. 19136 up to 1000 miles. Please be advised that everything here isvery heavy. I usuallykeep everything except for the tracks loaded on the trailer. It trailers great with this load but I am sure that it is over weight. I use an F350 Dually deisel and recommend the same or bigger. For an extended haul I would put the buckets and forks in the truck and the skid steer, tracks and hoe on thetrailer.
