You are bidding on a nice mobile office trailer, that could easily bemade into a nice camper trailer or used as a utility trailer.This trailer is built on a very nicesteel frame with very good tires and wheels, this trailer also has brakes. Trailer is setup for a 2 5/16″ ball. The trailer is an 04 model that has never been titled. This trailer is 8′x20′ with 2 rooms inside separated by a locking door. Both rooms are equipped with plenty of cabinet space for all of your needs and have a lot of countertop space. Thereis a Heat and Air unit in both rooms, they put out enough heat and cold air for anyone. One of the rooms has a sink and a 10 gallon hot water heater is installed in the trailer. The rooms are equipped with12V florescent lights and110V electrical outlets. There is a power converter in the trailer to convert 120V AC to 12V DC. There is goodbreaker box in the trailer.When we last used this trailer everything in it worked very well.There is some water damage to the floor(shown in 1 of the pics)from where the vent cover was busted, I put a new vent cover on it last week.I am selling the trailer as is, I cannot guarantee anything. I assure you if I knew of anything that did not work I would tell you. I think this trailer could be used for many different purposes, office trailer, utility trailer, camper trailer, for this price it could even be stripped down and made into a very nice car trailer.
