Davis 200 Trencher - 280286387384
Up for Bid is a Used Davis 200 Trencher with Dozer Blade. It has 2 speeds Low/High.I have used this Trencher many times and it worked well for me but I bought a Small Back Hoe and no longer need it. It is an old trencher but worked fine when I used it. It will Dig up to 4 feet deep and I think it was 4″ or 6″ wide. Not Real sure on that part,but I have put in alot of drainage tile with it with no problem. I can’t promise but I may be able to get some cutting teeth for it so you can change the width. If so I will throw those in at no cost. (But at this point just figure on the trencher). The Teeth will just be a Bonus. Now for the rest of the story. The trencher is old and used and could use some work. It Needs a Seat but I can do that for you for about $40.00 Extra. Just to cover my cost for the Foam and Fabric. And the Battery won’t hold charge for long if it just sits. If you use it alot it holds OK. The Tracks need tightening if you run it in High Range they jump around. Low range and digging they aren’t as bad but still need tightening. The Hydraulic Valve that changes the Hydraulics from trencher arm to dozer blade leaks. Needs New seals. And the throttle cable is Broken. I know this sounds like alot of work but all the problems are pretty simple fixes. I have used it just like it is for 2 or 3 small jobs.I just don’t feel like fixing it since I have my new toy so it has to go. If I don’t sell it on here now,I will Fix it over the winter and sell it for more than twice my reserve amount in the spring. Or just scrap it and make my reserve. I hate to do that though because it has a lot of years left in it with just a little TLC. There is no trailer with this machine so you will need a trailer that will haul At Least 3000lbs for it. I have tried to be honest about everything I know about this Machine as I do With all my listings on E-Bay. But as ALWAYS Item is USED AND SOLD AS IS WHERE IS NO WARRENTY WITH NO DELIEVERY (ON THIS ITEM).I WILL TRY AND ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY AND HELP OUT ANYWAY I CAN.I DON’T LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF SO I TRY AND NOT DO IT TO ANYONE ELSE. Anyone is welcome to come look at the trencher before Bidding. A Deposit of at least $200.00 Non-Refundablemust be made through Pay-Pal or Cash in Person Within 48 Hrs of end of auction or negative feed back will be left and reported to E-Bay.
