Schaeff 861 Wheel Loader Here is a loader that came from the Iowa Department Of Transportation, it is a 1997 with only 3210 hrs. Powered by aPerkins 4cylinderturbo diesel and a2 range-variablespeed transmission. Starts and runs great!Center pins are tight, new quick attach pins. All the lights and gauges work, including the orangedisco light above the cab. Tires are near new, 95% tread. Bucket is 94″ wide, 1 1/2 yard capacity. Has the ACS quick coupler for changing buckets,abutton on the joystickreleases the pins to take the bucket off. The cab is tight and quiet, good heater and has a AM/FM radio.Joystick controls for the bucket. Cab and dash board have a little surface rust. 25 mph+ top road speed. Schaeff was bought by Terex, a common construction brand, parts can be purchasedfrom any Terex dealer. This is a German-built loader. Overall agood loader with low hours.
